CMS Messaging Report

Can anybody tell me why I would have an alarm activation 111000002 and a supervisory activation 120000002 on my cms messaging report?
My monitoring company can not input zone descriptions for zone 2 if one is alarm and one is supervisory. Its communicating in contact ID.
