I need to change a serial number Siga CT1 but i cant download the programmation. I don't have comunication to CPU Can you help me please?

your only chance is to just put it in
it will work or it will not
what do you mean by "I don't have comunication to CPU"
I am not an EST tech or I am an EST and I can not comm to cpu
