I'm having a problem with a loop card when i download to the card i'm getting an unprogrammed device fault on the loop but if i disconnect the loop i don't get any of the devices going into fault. im using edwards analogue and if i use the status/diagnostic tool it shows as no devices connected. i've tried to delete all the devices and initialize the card and add the devices in again but keep getting the same fault. i've also moved the card to another slot but again the same fault. i tried even fitting a new card but again the same problem. have you heard of this before? im running SDU 4.01

not sure what you mean by "analogue "
AADC card? or siga devices
after deleting devices you should have save as a new version ie 01.00.00 -> 01.00.01 then go back to the first one.
only wire in one device see what happens.
check the voltage on the SLC loop
make sure the plastic screw that holds the card in is in right, it can make for big problems
