EST3X supevisory relay not activating in a supervisory event

Can anyone please help me in solving this issue regarding the supervisory relay in an EST3X CPU?
I need to send a supervisory signal to the DCS through this relay, when I activate a pre-alarm the panel goes into supervisory but the supervisory relay is not activated. I did this in 3 panels already but I got the same results.
Is this relay configurable or I need to activate it by rules.

But as per the operation manual, It should activate.
Output of the supervisory state
Upon entering the supervisory state, the control panel:
• Activates the common supervisory contacts on the SFS1-CPU
• Activates the first supervisory pseudo point
• Changes the active state for the point that signaled the supervisory event
