Can you help me with Rules so that sounder base only activates when the particular detector in alarm.

Here's some rules from a job I did in NYC for the combo CO & smoke detectors:

Hi All,
For sounder bases , we use siga-CR wiring with all sounder base in a floor and ends with 47kohm EOL just like the wiring diagram given in AB4G datasheet. But, when we switch on the power switch, the all sounder bases starts ringing without any alarm. The sounder base will sounds when the smoke detectors experience smoke. Can anyone please help me with rules...
