EST3X CPU Fail

Hello friends,

I have used a 3-SDU version 5.2, to connect into EST3X panel already existing and programmed, the communication is OK i can download the mapping, and accept the devices from network using RS232 communication port.

Because I don't have the project database, I started from Scratch, assembling all the serial number and re-program again, when sending the database the panel communicated and accepted it, but after the panel was restarted, The LCD showed the message"Download mode" "failed to load CPU database" "please download a new CPU database".

I have tried to send again but no communication, i shut down the power and power the panel again, the CPU is no longer working : "CPU Fail" and "Trouble" LED are litting up.

I have asked the international support from EST, He told me to use the version 5.31 to upload new bootloader, but should the LCD work, now because no display, no communication.

Please have you any suggestion.
