Heat detectors false alarming

Recently I've been having a problem where on the same loop but in different areas siga heat detectors would activate for no reason. The system has been in for 15 years now but the detectors where all upgraded 2 years ago. I really like the EST3 but when it gives problems it gives problems. This site has 32 panels and a few years back the panels would all drop off line then restore so we re-wired the whole network cable but the system is starting to do the same thing. Can anyone help with the heat detectors false alarming and how to get a stable network.

I have seen if the plastic screw is not installed on the RS485 card you can have problems, re-seat the cards
one of the RS485 cards maybe problematic, can you buy two or three cards swap them out until the problem stops.
it is just a RS485 network, each panel to panel is just one 485 drop. one panel is the master the other the save. you have 31 different 485 networks.
attack the problem as individual drops.
what is the network baud, can you lower it?
I worked on a large network and once I tried to load it at 38k. it locked one of the panels up, I needed to power cycle the panel.
