I do not think so.
a unprogrammed device is not in the program that was loaded to the panel.
so even if you could give it a address it would still be unprogrammed.

Hi Zeroo,
if the loop mapping is complete, remove the faulty detector, wait for aprox. 3 min. then install the new detector, wait for few minutes then the unprogrammed trouble will be restored.
if you have more than 1 detector, do this whole process for the first then try the second and so on....
