SIGA-MFT with Honeywell XLS1000 (EST3)?

I thought there was not difference for both the detectors and the modules?

I've been told that only Honeywell branded detectors will work, but I've never personally tried connecting a siga detector. I know for sure siga modules will work.

Does anyone know if the siga-mft is compatible with Honeywell systems? I know some siga devices will work on Honeywell systems (modules) and some have to be the Honeywell version (detectors). I'd like to try to talk my office into getting an MFT if it is compatible.
