"Alarm Silence" Button dose not work

Hi everybody,
I am working on an EST-3/cab5 system,I have connected an audible device to free contact alarm relay of 3CPU-3 card of panel,know when an alarm appearance in the system(for example when a smoke detector detects fire) the audible device go to alarm and I can not turn off it by the "alarm Silence" button.(In other words the "Alarm Silence" button dose not work)!
any one can help me please?

USE CC1 assign audible,
if use CR, write the rules to turn off when press "alarm silence" button

wrong answer for him, Mr. Tong, common alarm contact only restores if no alarm is present. Did you see the sticky "how to tell if someone isn't certified?"
