I have Problem in my new project ,I installed Two panel(EST3) with 3-ASU without 3-FTU there's handset (microphone push to talk) I'm trying to use it for Paging but I didn't success I'm Asking if there's Rule we need to add or Some procedure ,

This may be late but yes there are rules you need to write for paging to work. You have to activate the amps, the page channel, the modules, etc.
