I got "0604 internal fault".
it is written that it means a hardware problem in CPU (Installation & service manual ).
any suggestions to solve?

We got an Internal fault just for a SIGA-PD and from IO diagnostic tool , the detail message is written as: Internal device troubles detected, OPTICAL QUIESCENT ( 8 filter) TOO LOW. We already replace the detector with a new ones, but the problem still exist..Any suggestions jhow to solve ? Thanks.
