can't upload 3.52SDU with 64 bit computer

I needed to get a 32bit PC so I could communicate to a est3 panel that was running 3.52

it is like
3.xx is for 32bit
4.xx both
5.xx is for 64 bit

yes did that for a long time with a 3.XX panel until I upgrade to 5.42

don't know for sure I always use WIN 32bit for SDU 3.52, maybe is the hasp drivers, couldn't install it on WIN 64

3.xxSDU can use 64-bit systems, including win7 / win8 / win10 and other 64-bit systems.
I am using all versions of SDU from 3.40 to 5.42 on win10 64-bit system.

I have v4.01 and the hasp drivers don't work on win10 64-bit.

3-sdu fails to communicate with the dongle

The SDU needs to be processed technically before 3.xSDU can run on Windows 10 64-bit system.
