EST3 MESSAGE ROUTING
I have a multi-panel EST3 system that has a dedicated panel in a security office that is monitored 24/7. We recently added a panel to the system in a maintenance shop that is also monitored 24/7 by maintenance technicians who are EST3 certified. Recently the security officers have been complaining about all the trouble messages coming in. I have been asked to route as many TROUBLE messages as possible away from the security office panel. Since there is a panel in the maintenance area that is monitored 24/7, I don't see a problem with doing that. Problem is I can't seem to figure out a way to route device troubles. I've got pseudo-points done but am completely lost on how to route a smoke detector or pull station trouble without affecting the alarm for the device. To be clear, I want all device ALARMS to report to the security office panel but not device TROUBLES. Is there a way?
