Add or replace device from front panel

Please can you tell me if we can add or replace a device from front panel in EST3, and also activating mapping.

I have the software and dongle, but we haven't the program database.

You can not add a device via panel display.
you will need to be rewrite your database - check other posts for rewriting the database
