Can not disable devices

Dear All Bro,
I working EST-3 with many projects, but recently i get a mistake for now still not fixed:
For start project i using: SDU 5.10 for programming, after that cause by the interface not friendly then i back SDU 4.0.1.
All other function in control panel working normal, only error with disable devices. When devices get alarm, i try to disable them, the address for devices show in disable points, but the effect alarm still not finish. The LCD still alarm message, horn still active,..

Please help us!!!!

scrap your SDU version 4.01, 5.10 & 5.11 instead get the latest SDU version 5.12

Hi Mr. Jun Jun,
Thanks for last guider you help me for BMS.
The First we don't have SDU version 5.12.
The Second when update to 5.12 version we must download firmware for CPU, 3SDDC-1 card... And we have many other projects using same version SDU...
Other man using sdu 4.01, please help us some advices

you have to check "restore event on disable" !

Thank you Mr. JunJun and Mr. Old_Tech, after convert project some items change, then Restore event on disable not select!!!
