EST-3 Network Data overflow troubles

I am the onsite tech. for a 34 node EST-3 network that recently due to a storm ran on back up generator power for several hours. After power was restored we had communications issues with several nodes. After an inspection of all panels for visible damage and a software reboot of all 34 nodes my primary issues are network data overflow on several nodes and also a reboot fail on several nodes. I am EST-3 certified but it has been about 10 years since I really had to trouble shoot this size network so any help would be greatly appreciated.

try to check all network card for any kind of damage.
