check the version of firmware in the 3-cpu, 3-sdu and 3-cpu must have the same version.

dears all,
i have a problem with a cab21 panel.
the cpu can not communicate with other rail modules and the panel switches into failsafe alarm.

also, the cpu can't store the database after downloading.

could any one help me?
