Communication problem

Dear All,

I have faced an error of communication during the downloading of database into the panel. Actually I have programed of few devices into SDU software but I cannot Download the database into CPU and Loop Card.

The System is already running with old programmed and Fireworks. I have installed 15 PHS into the field and it also uploaded from panel and programmed into the database but when this devices went too download This error is showing.

For Your Information:- CPU & SDDC1 versions is 3.6 and my SDU version is also 3.6. I have also tried to download it with SDU upper version like 4.01 & 5.02 but it same error was happened.

Can anybody help me to overcome from this problem.

What is the error specifically? Check your data rate, 19.2 seems to usually work. Check your COM port.

The error is " Communication Error" "Bad check sum error".

I have already tried it with change the baud rate. Com port is also ok becuase upload is working perfectly.

Pls give some idea to solve it.
