WIU-2 Problems with LOCKING UP

The WIU-2 lockup for no reason, power the unit down for a hour and it may start to work again.,

This is a well known problem where this device, Replace it with the WIU-4 or HID interface.

Differences between the WIU-2 WIU-4
WIU-2 is a two state input device, open/close
WIU-4 is a four or two state input device, you will need two resistors for the four state.
