i have two system Micro /5 px the first system:
This microcontroller access does not work properly , the communication power supply card power on with DS7, DS8 on and DS6 on also and DS5 flashing
about the CPU card the led D3 always flashing and the other leds does not power on
the second system
the communication power supply card power on with DS7, DS8 on and the other leds off.
about the CPU card the led D3 always on and the other leds does not power on
so that please advice for those problems

Please explain in detail the problem.
Few techs or tech support know what the LEDs do without looking in the manual.
You have a Micro5/px which is the older board.
the download cable has odd pin outs, are you using a download cable made for downloading Micros?
are your panels working now? once a micro is powered down it needs to be loaded to work, are your panels communicating to the software?
do the micros pass the power up self test?
Few techs or tech support know what the LEDs do without looking in the manual.
