Backups - Micros offline before doing a backup

All controllers in the line must be offline before changing the host

Secure Perfect/FC

When ever the Computer name changes, you will have this problem.
ie. upgrading from SP/FC, replacing a PC

Option 1:
Mirco's Offline - Put the Mircos offline before backing up the Database that is to be used for the upgrade.

Option 2: - can be a pain
Within SQL ->tables->micro->State-> 1 (change to 1 for offline)
1. The services need to be running so you may need to start SP/FC or open services and check.
2. You will need a Program to open SQL SP/FC database.
FC installs (Microsoft SQL Server 2008) -> SQL Server Management Studio -> logon with the SP/FC Sql Login/Password.
ie. sa blank, sa master, sa SecurityMaster08
Tables-> micro->(Right click - select top 200 rows)-> state-> 1

2. connect to database
3. open microtable
4. open data tab within the microtable and change column (STATE) to 1
