DAA No Answer

Hi All,
This query is regarding Notifier Panel. We have one Notifier 10 loop panel. Notifier panel is connected to NCA and DVC. The problem is with the DAA Power Cards used for PA system. I tell you the scenario.
There are 5 nos. of DAA Cards are installed in the panel. Some days back one of the DAA card has gone faulty. So we have replaced the same with DAA2-5070E. But all 5 nos. DAA card has not communicating with DVC and show DAA no answer trouble on the fire panel. We have checked the address, DIP switches settings of each cards. They are ok as per the Notifier manuals.
In 2 cards i.e the one which we have replaced with faulty one and one more , Trouble LED is blinking along with Status LED. In other 3 cards only Status LED are blinking.
We have also start the communication from DAP B Port to DAP A port.
Please provide the solution why the cards are showing trouble (DAA No Answer)? Also tell me the different ways to check the things at the panel end.
Also tell me would Verifire tool software play any role in this?
Looking for the answer ASAP basis.
