When we tried to download program from verifier tools to repeater panel, after entering password of verifire master login, repeater does not communicate and shows as timed out.
In India, we have no person to answer this issue and we are struck.
Verifier tool version - 10.55
NCD2 version - 2.3.65
Main panel NFS2 3030 version - 27
Please suggest how to come out of this issues.

Can you access the programming menu on the NCD with level 4 or 5?

Yes. I can access menu. I can even upload data from repeater to laptop.
