EntraPass - Crashed Hard Drive

Is there any way to take a fresh/new install of EntraPass and get it to "pull" configuration information from a series of controllers? They're working fine, doors are opening/locking just fine. We have NO BACKUP and the computer with EntraPass just bit the dust. Hard drive motor won't spin up.
