No communication to KT-300 - Entrapass PC & IP change

Had to move the Lantronix to a different network and the Entrapass installation to a different PC in the same building. Reprogrammed Lantronix with new IP successfully, and is fully visible on the network. Successfully backed up and restored Entrapass database to new PC after installing. Getting "Gateway no communication (511))" error. Any ideas? The vital LED is blinking rapidly, if that means anything.
Does a reset need to be done on the KT-300, and following that, any special steps to resync the schedules, etc.?
