Card Type Update

Noob here. We are using EntraPass Corporate 8.10.78. On each of our three controllers, Reader #1 is configured as IoProx Dual Driver (26 bit and XSF). Reader 2 thru 8 has been left at the default None setting.

Now I am ready to assign a second card to some users. So I went into Devices - Controller and on each of the 3 controllers changed Reader #2 from default type None to IoProx Dual Driver like Reader 1. But when I then pull up a user to assign a second card, the second card field is still set the default None parameters.

How do I get a Card Reader Type change in the Controller config to be reflected when I subsequently pull up a user to add a second card?
