Brand new EntraPass user. Have a badge printer that management wants to use to print a picture of the badge holder and a company logo. I have a picture of a test user that I'm trying to add to the badge layout. No matter how the JPG is oriented when it is chosen, when it gets added to the badge the pic is rotated 90 degrees left.
I don't see any settings in the client or on the server that would impact this.
Any help?

Well I figured out that it happens if the image is a JPG, but not if it is a PNG. So I'd still like to know what's going on, but at least I have a workaround.
