QS4 LCD BACK LIGHT

hi all
i have some problem with lcd display of qs4 fire alarm panel!
The light of lcd display is very low and i cant not see any thing on !in other word back light of display lcd is very high and there is imposible to see any thing! i was checked the input voltage and its ok , also check the voltage of panel's ac trans and its ok !i was using menu-status-internal -for checking of all voltages and every thing was true!
is there any adjust volume on cpu or power board to control lcd display back light?or is there any command to control this light?
how i can check and test to know whats the problem?

At the back of the CPU (rigth bottom corner) there's a small silver square with a white insert where you can put a little flat screwdriver.

Turn the white part and it will change the LCD darkness.
