If you do not have a static IP for your business you can use https://www.2dvr.com for $10 month, it will check and update your IP when using RASplus Remote Software

8200 - admin
8015 - watch
10019 - search
12088 - web browser ie. http://78.15.37.22:12088

passwords are: admin/admin admin/blank admin/1234 admin/123456 admin/4321
DVR's default IP: 192.168.1.129
Matrix can do remote access to help with tech support.(remote support)
Call tech support to check if the remote access is setup and work right.

tips:
within the DVR's System Information part of the menu - setup the last event to be a few weeks/months longer then last event on the DVR's harddrive to help keep the drive clean from lost files.
