Difference Between 1.5 and 3.12

when the operator moves the mouse over a icon in 3.12 no info will be displayed, they will need to click on the icon and the info will display on the bottom of screen.

Configuration Tool is new to 3.12 it is where most the programming is done.

Multiple workstations can see the same thing but only one at a time can control it for 3.12 (different from 1.5)
