Est3 - can we write rules for disabling a set of detectors

Can we program or write rules such that when a monitor modules is activated, a set of detectors goes in disable mode and when monitor module back to normal; the disabled detectors will go enable.

Please suggest and possible give rules example

*ADD AS MANY DISABLES AS YOU WANT
WHEN THE MONITOR MOD RESTORES ALL DETECTORS WILL ENABLE.
