writing rule for siga-rel In 3-SDU

the activate the prealarm before you activate the release.

Hi to all,
I writ below rule, but the release outputs dont work when 'and_group1' activate:

[Test Release]
Alarm 'and_group1':
on 'flasher_1',
DLYA 30,
on sup 'release_1';

the wiring and labeling are true.
any suggestion please?
