can an output on a netaxs control a relay that is activated by another device?

Gate PIN Pad opens a gate and i want honeywell panel to close the gate. circuit is NO.

so you have a relay "c" that is controlled by panel "A" and you want panel "B" to also control that relay
both panel A and B are dry contacts.
use the same power source that turns the relay "C" on/off that goes through relays A B
