How to install Fireworks on Windows 7 Ultimate Edition ?

Hi,
I'm trying to install Fireworks 1.60.01 with Windows 7 Ultimate Edition, but is doesn't work.
I do a copy and paste all DVD files and change "setup.exe" to run with compatible "Windows XP Service Pack 3", after this a message error about "windows installer" appear and again nothing happened...
