Hi everybody,
I installed RS232 card in J2 slot on CPU card of a EST3 panel and I want to communicate fireworks to panel.also I set port 1 on SDU In Gateway-iii/boudrate 9200 and same setting on system builder.
I have a problem with auxiliary port(auxiliary port1 fault on LCD), and communication fault on Fireworks(System controls).
any one can help me please?

I suggest to change the baudrate to 19200 , then download the CPU .
Make sure you have the correct COMM port in the device manager in your PC ( if you are using a USB to serial cable which i prefer )
Next step , open system builder update your comm port and baud rate , choose your node , save and exit and it should work.
