Our email hosting company REQUIRED us to change password on all email accounts. Since then, the fireworks software will not send out notifications. I have scoured the manuals I found online and cannot find the way to change the sending SMTP account password. I changed the windows default account and it works fine.
I would just change it back now, but I don't know what it was.
i will pay someone $100 to remote in, RDP, and fix this. I also want to know how so I can fix it, should it happen again. Please contact mjburks@windstream.net
