Firework problem

Hi to everyone.

I know this is a very old topic but if possible I would like some help of you guys.

I am using the FireWorks v1.71 and I am trying to connect with an EST-3 panel through the Edwards MN-COM1S but no matter what I do I can't establish connection. Port 1 of EST-3 is on 19200 Gateway III just like the FireWorks, MN-COM1S is also on 19200 but still no connection. Cable red of MN-COM1S is on Rx, black on Tx and green on COM of EST-3 but EST-3 still keep with the "Aux Port 1" trouble. I read something on this same forum about the equipment MN-NETSW1, it says the MN-COM1S only works with the MN-NETSW1, is that true?

Someone could help me please?
