I have in field database limits and capacities database size 250 mb (I've already deleted history), but this urgent alarm still exists.

look around the program for (database limits) I am not sure where to find it.
I maybe your hard drive space is low on memory or the settings are to low.
once you find database limits you should find the problem

If you get a message when Win-Pak is started

It is critical that the database server be serviced
Conact the winpak-pak administrator to backup and service the database
Your - database limits capacities needs to be check, you may just want to up the limits
you may need to delete your history via, - Database maintenance
If your database goes over the 2gig limit via SQL you will have BIG problems.
