* WinpakPE - database connection failed, Client fail *

Error message = (( win pak pro 2005 cannot connect to communication )
or
Error = Faulting application NCIArchive.exe - Faulting application NCICore.exe
MSDE/SQL can not start the Datebase, the service will not start.
You will try and restart database services, you will get an error message and they will stop.
"Database Connection to ComputerName failed."
STOP - Look in the Registry First
run ->regedit->local_machine->software->microsoft->windows nt->currentversion->time Zones
Once windows uses 100 Time Zones WinPak craps out. delete any time zones to get it under 100

Honeywells PDF directs you to remove the hotfix via add/remove programs, this does not really work well.

My computer did not show the hotfix to remove so I needed to edit the registry.
this happen to me a second time, Windows XP new computer, I looked for the hotfix and it was not there but the time zone were in the registry.
run ->regedit->local_machine->software->microsoft->windows nt->currentversion->time Zones
Delete any time zones just get it under 100
