No Alarm Sounds After Winpak Upgrade 4.9

Hi,

We upgraded our system to winpak 4.9 and the door ajar will not generate sounds. I can't get any sound whatsoever from winpak.

If I remote onto the server and play music files I can hear the music but if I go open a door and leave it open until the alarm triggers, then ack it, then clear it, at no point in the process does it make an audible noise.

I know it is not a windows issue because it will play sounds.

It won't play sounds through a remote app (RDP) or RDC connection to the server.
