I have Winpak configured to send an email on a Door Ajar condition. Is there any way to reset this condition so that it will generate subsequent emails until the door is closed. This is a NetAXS-123 panel.

The "rear door ajar light" is constantly on, but the rear door is closed & latched properly. I cant seem to find any obvious switch, so whats up? I did a forum search, but can up empty.
