If PFAIL led is on the panel will not run
clear the memory connect both AC and Battery, battery first
if this does not work hit it with a large hammer.

JP9 JP10
memory backup battery is not a battery it is a capacitor, does not go bad.
put jp9 jumper in jp10, wait 20 seconds, no need to power up.
put jp9 back or pfail will flash fast
jp10 clears memory

you will know that the memory is clear if when panel is powered up all 4 relays turn on they off.
