Hello,
I am running WinPAK SE build 633 10.
Occasionally the process NCICore.exe starts to use all available cpu resources.
When this happens I can't log into the user interface and I cannot stop the WINPAK services.
The only solution I have is to restart the server.
Has anyon else seen this issue or have a fix for it?

NCICore.exe is the main winpak app so it could be a lot of things.
Try this post(I do not think this is going to work for you) - viewtopic.php?f=18&t=464&p=691#p691 - 99 time zone limit
Also it maybe an antivirus software problem with winpak's program NCICore.exe, try turning any antivirus software off
Are you running full SQL or MSDE, if MSDE are you getting close to the 2gig level, (4gig for the Express)?
