Auto Card Lookup Issue

Hello,

We recently added a two Netaxs 123 controllers to our already established network. These particular boards are not showing badge photos in Auto card Lookup when a card holder swipes. We have several Netaxs 123 and Pro-2200 around and they've all just simply worked. Now the only thing different with these boards is they were attached to a red/green LED system but I'm not sure that has anything to do with this. This is running on Winpak PE. Any help would be appreciated.
