Winpak 2 Release 4

I have a customer who is running Winpak 2 Release 4. One of their IT staff upgraded the work station to Windows XP Service Pack 3 which apparently is a known problem with Winpak 2 Release 4.

Is there a patch, service pack or work around to make Winpak 2 Release 4 work with Windows XP Service Pack 3?
