master password lost

hi folks:
i've installed a honeywell 9200 version 5.0 last month, somehow its not accepting the master password, 00000, neither the maintenance one 11111, can you tell me what to do in this cases, i've received the course certification last october, and i have not much experience troubleshooting this panel, when you hit five times zero you enter a new display, well in this panel you hit five zeros and starts counting, if i hit the master password to download is accepted, then what is happenning.
