Inder what is the highest version that is used across the following panels.

I know that EST 3 will run on Windows 10. Trying to eliminate carrying multiple machines around.

The SDU file that was in the cabinet are named 01_00_00_6-SDU.axx.

Per this site the .axx indicates they are encrypted.
