Thanks for the response. I hope I didn't loose any of the programming. Because I completely powered down the entire system--AC and battery. I should have tested to see that it functions properly but I didn't. I am a service technician who has no experience with the EST ESA2000 FACP. Can you tell me ...

EST ESA 2000 error code question
Hi all,
I hope I can find an answer and resolution to this question/trouble. My church has an EST ESA 2000 fire panel and it has a system trouble code #4- data 0. I tried resetting the system and still comes up. Does anyone know what this error code is and how can I fix it?
